About me:

Hi! My name is Sev, it’s such a pleasure to meet you. I am a registered psychologist with several years of diverse experience in supporting clients.

I have a distinctive passion for instilling self-belief and the skill of self-advocating in my clients.

I take a human to human, genuine approach in my therapy sessions and utilise a wide range of therapeutic strategies, modalities and perspectives in an organic and collaborative way.

This journey of self-advocacy is one I have taken myself on and continue to be on. I thus support my clients from a place of sincere relatability. I truly appreciate the courage it takes to start saying ‘yes’ to conquering your insecurities; and turning towards discomfort in order to actualise what you know (deep down) is your potential.
